By combining energy services and environmental services with Inna’s total property management service, you can easily manage all the details related to your properties. You will also receive various energy audits and energy certificates through us. We offer energy and environmental services comprehensively to the owners and users of the property.

Services

Energy Management

Energy management is a tailor-made service package that enhances the energy consumption of buildings without compromising on convenience. Our energy experts design solutions that are right for your properties to improve energy efficiency. With you, we will agree on energy use targets, lead the implementation of measures and report on the results.

We also produce annual reporting on your properties in accordance with energy efficiency agreements (TETS and VAETS) and sustainability reporting (e.g. GRESB).

Remote Management

With remote management, the property’s energy consumption can be managed in real time and by quickly responding to changes. The building automation system is connected to a 24-hour energy management centre, which reduces the energy and water consumption of the property through regular remote inspections of technical building systems.

The best energy efficiency results can be achieved by combining energy management and remote management services.

Energy Reports and Reviews

An energy survey or review helps identify ways to improve the efficiency of energy use in the property and to correctly target measures. During the site visit, we will determine the current state of energy use and the potential to save energy and water consumption. We propose the most effective measures and we also calculate their austerity effects and payback periods.

For example, you will receive Motiva energy audits, energy audits for apartment blocks and lighter energy audits.

Energy Audits for Large Companies

The statutory energy audit of large companies opens up your company’s energy consumption and savings potential in more detail. The review includes an analysis of the energy use of the whole group or company, site reviews, energy efficiency improvement measures and a plan of site reviews for the next four years. Large companies must carry out an energy audit every four years.

Energy Certificates

We will provide you with statutory energy certificates indicating the calculated energy performance and energy efficiency class (A-G) of the building, based on its characteristics. An energy certificate must be presented when applying for a building permit for a new building and when selling or renting an existing building. The certificate may only be drawn up by a qualified author.

Visible Conditions Service

The visible conditions service optimizes the property’s temperature and indoor air conditions on a per-room basis, saving both money and the environment. The service monitors the conditions of the property and presents them as a 3D model. When the situation is easy to see, we can make the necessary repairs even before the changes in conditions cause disruption to the property´s users.

Property Certifications

Environmental certification is a tool for measuring, verifying and improving your property´s environmental performance.

Our environmental rating concept operates on a turnkey basis and takes advantage of Retta´s expertise in energy and environmental management as well as property and maintenance management. Environmental certification to the BREEAM In-Use International Residential 2020 (Part 1) classification model.

Condition assessments, as well as TDD and EDD reports

Inna is promoting the ecological sustainability of the building and real estate sector as aGreen Building Council Finland  partner in 2021.
