Making Everyday Living Easier – The Renewed OmaINNA Service for Residents

Everyday living becomes smoother when all important matters are conveniently available in one place! The renewed OmaInna 2.0 is Inna’s digital service channel for tenants to manage their housing-related matters. The service can be easily used both on mobile devices and in a web browser on a computer. In this updated version, special emphasis has been placed on mobile usability, allowing residents to handle their affairs directly on their phone—anytime, anywhere.

OmaInna brings together all key information related to living. Residents can view their personal or property-related details and see announcements from the housing company. It’s also easy to leave a contact request through the service—whether it’s about the condition of the apartment or another housing-related matter. Depending on the housing company, residents can also check their rent payment status, book common areas, or submit a maintenance request.

Since the beginning of 2025, the service includes a new feature: an AI-powered chatbot that helps residents find answers to the most common questions. If needed, users can quickly connect with a real customer service representative through live chat.

“In developing OmaInna 2.0, we’ve focused especially on ensuring that the service works as smoothly as possible across all devices—especially mobile, where most users now access the service. Our goal has been to improve user-friendliness and make managing housing-related matters even easier and faster. We also wanted to simplify and ease the process of getting in touch. Residents can easily leave a message through the service, use the chatbot, or directly contact customer service via live chat,” says Paavo Karlin, Development Director at Inna.
